AiSDR alternatives in 2026: AI SDRs compared, and AiSDR vs SalesOne
Updated By the SalesOne research team9 min read
The short answer
The main AiSDR alternatives are 11x and Artisan, which also run outbound agents, Amplemarket, which keeps reps in control, Twain, which researches and leaves the sending to you, and SalesOne, which qualifies every account before outreach. AiSDR charges $1.50 per person prospected (October 2026), and you approve sample messages rather than each message; teams leave for per-message approval or tighter account fit.
How do the main AiSDR alternatives compare?
Teams comparing AiSDR usually ask two things: will a person see each message before it goes, and how does the tool decide which accounts are worth contacting? The table answers both.
| Tool | What it researches | Where data comes from | Who approves each message | Contract | Published entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AiSDR | AI-researched messaging for every contact, from live signals | 2B+ profiles, 300M+ native leads and a 20-provider enrichment waterfall | You approve sample messages before launch, not each message | Pay as you go, or Team plans on quarterly contracts | $1.50 per person prospected; managed from $149 a campaign |
| 11x (Alice) | Each prospect and company: news, job posts, announcements, 10-K filings and your CRM, with citations | Its 400M-contact database or your CRM leads | Your choice: review every message, a named approver, or autopilot | Annual; Pro and Enterprise also offer 2- and 3-year terms | Growth from $3,750/mo, billed annually |
| Artisan (Ava) | Ranks leads with intent signals; agent swarm research and per-lead web research | 250M+ contacts enriched from 22+ sources, or your CRM | Optional approval mode; autonomous by default | Startup plans billed annually; larger plans scoped | Free; Intern $250/mo, billed annually |
| Amplemarket (Duo) | Daily buying-signal scans, with research agents on the context behind each signal | Amplemarket’s own B2B database | A rep reviews and sends each suggestion | Annual | Startup $600/mo, annual term |
| Unify | Account fit, list qualification and signals such as hiring, funding and news | 1.1B+ people, 65M+ companies, 40+ data sources | Reps review; automated plays can run on autopilot (Business) | Monthly on Base and Pro; Business annual | Free up to 3 seats; Base $20 per seat/mo |
| Twain | Each account and contact on the web, with dates and source links | Real-time web research per lead | Your team sends the drafts through its own tools | Monthly credit plans | Starter $49/mo |
| SalesOne | Each account against your ICP: dated triggers, accept or reject with a reason, buying committee | Dated public sources; contact details from 20+ data providers, only for people you pick | A person approves every message | Managed and Custom can start with 90 days and agreed success criteria, then, if the client chooses to continue, a 6- or 12-month term | Priced on a call, on the qualified accounts and outreach you need; turned-down companies never count |
What does AiSDR offer in October 2026?
AiSDR sells an outbound AI SDR that finds prospects, writes each message from research on the contact, sends, and handles replies. Teams can run it themselves, pay AiSDR to run individual campaigns, or hand over outbound entirely.
- Data and research: AI-researched messaging for every contact from live signals, drawing on 2B+ profiles, 300M+ native leads and enrichment across 20 providers.
- Channels: email, social steps, and AI call steps through Aircall. HubSpot syncs both ways, and Salesforce is supported.
- Approval: you sign off on sample messages before a campaign launches, and AiSDR’s help center says each outgoing message needs no manual approval. On the per-campaign managed service, you review and approve before anything sends.
- Pricing (as of October 2026): pay as you go at $1.50 per person prospected, with no monthly fee. Team plans start at 1,000+ contacts a month, billed monthly on quarterly contracts, with 20% off annual. A warmed mailbox is $33, a managed campaign $149, and fully managed outbound $2,500 a month.
Why do teams look for AiSDR alternatives?
AiSDR’s pay-as-you-go start is one of the easiest ways into an AI SDR. The reasons teams look elsewhere come from its own help center and from G2.
- Approval on samples, not every message. Once a campaign is approved, individual messages go without a manual check. Teams that want a person to see every message need the managed service or a different tool.
- Oversight early on. G2’s AI evaluation page for AiSDR, read October 18, 2026, shows 4.6 out of 5 from 101 reviews, and its summary says users found the platform required a lot of oversight, especially at the start, and that campaign creation took longer than expected.
- A per-person unit. Pay as you go bills each person prospected, so cost tracks the number of people contacted rather than the number of accounts that fit. Teams that want fewer, qualified accounts may want a different unit.
AiSDR vs SalesOne: what is the difference?
AiSDR and SalesOne both research before outreach, but they start in different places. AiSDR starts from people: it finds contacts, researches each one and writes the message. SalesOne starts from accounts: its S1 deep research agents check each company against your ideal customer profile first, keep or turn it down with a reason, and only then map who owns the problem.
| Item | AiSDR | SalesOne |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | People to contact, from 2B+ profiles | Companies checked against your ideal customer profile |
| Research | AI-researched message for every contact, from live signals | Each account from filings, press releases, company sites, trade press and public records; every buying signal with its source and date |
| Accounts that do not fit | Not described on its pages | Turned down with the rule they failed and the evidence |
| Who approves each message | Samples approved before launch; no manual approval per message | A person approves every message, and every approval is recorded with who gave it |
| Replies | Handled by the AI SDR | A reply pauses the account until a person answers |
| Pricing unit | Per person prospected, or Team volume plans | Plan and qualified accounts; no seats, credits or per-lookup charges |
Choose AiSDR if you want to start today on a per-person price and are comfortable approving samples. Choose SalesOne if the hard part is knowing which accounts fit and why, and you want a person to approve every message.
How did we compare these AiSDR alternatives?
Each tool was judged on what matters when you leave AiSDR: whether a person sees each message by default, how the tool decides which accounts fit, and what a small team pays to start. The facts come from each vendor’s product, pricing and help pages. We ran no hands-on test, and we left out vendor case-study results because we could not check them. The list is unranked.
1. 11x: what if you want cited research and a choice of approval modes?
Best for: teams ready for an annual contract that want cited research on each prospect and inbound agents from the same vendor.
Alice, 11x’s outbound SDR, researches each prospect and company from news, job postings, announcements, 10-K filings and your CRM, and returns a report with citations and a messaging strategy. Its help center lists three approval modes: review every message, a named approver, or autopilot. Pricing (as of October 2026): Alice Growth from $3,750 a month, billed annually; Pro and Enterprise are custom. See 11x alternatives.
2. Artisan: what if you want a free plan before you commit?
Best for: small teams that want to try lead search and enrichment free before buying an annual plan.
Artisan’s Ava finds leads from 250M+ contacts, enriches them from 22+ sources and ranks them with intent signals. Its approval mode has Ava draft and wait for a click, but its pricing FAQ says Ava is autonomous by default. Pricing (as of October 2026): Free with 300 credits a month and no campaigns; Intern $250 a month and Employee $600 a month, billed annually. See Artisan alternatives.
3. Amplemarket: what if a rep should send every message?
Best for: teams that want software to find the signals and reps to send each message.
Amplemarket’s Duo calls itself human in the loop by design: each suggestion waits for a rep to review, edit, regenerate or send it with one click. Its agents scan the market daily for buying signals, and sequences cover email, social and phone. Startup is $600 a month on an annual term for 2 users (as of October 2026); Growth and Elite are custom.
4. Unify: what if a few reps want monthly seats?
Best for: a handful of reps who would rather pay per seat each month.
Unify checks account fit and qualifies lists against 1.1B+ people and 65M+ companies, using signals such as hiring, funding and news, then runs email, call and social steps. Base is $20 and Pro $60 per seat a month, and the free plan covers up to 3 seats (as of October 2026). Automated plays on Business can run on autopilot.
5. Twain: what if you want to read the research before your team sends?
Best for: teams that want sourced research on each lead and prefer to send through their own tools.
Twain researches each account and contact on the web in real time, with dates and source links, and a qualification agent flags problems before you send. Your team sends the drafts on every plan below Enterprise. Pricing (as of October 2026): Starter $49 a month for 500 credits; Pro from $198 a month.
6. Salesmotion: what if you sell to a short list of named accounts?
Best for: account executives with a set territory who want briefs on accounts they already own.
Salesmotion’s Deep Research Agent writes briefs from earnings calls, filings and news, and its Signal Agent watches those accounts for changes. It drafts email and social messages for the rep to send. The Individual plan is $85 a month for 100 monitored accounts (as of October 2026); team plans are custom.
7. SalesOne: what does it research before outreach?
Best for: B2B teams that would rather contact fewer, researched accounts each month and know why each one qualifies, with a person approving every message.
SalesOne’s S1 agents start from your company and a structured ideal customer profile and check each company against it, reading SEC filings, press releases, company sites, trade press and public records; their delivered research cites 1,000+ data sources. About three in four companies checked are turned down, each with its reason. Every buying trigger carries its source and the date it happened, and each account arrives with a point of view your team can open with.
- Who gets contacted: S1 maps each account’s buying committee, about four people per account, 95% with a dated public source.
- Approval: nothing goes out until a person approves it, and a reply pauses the account until a person answers. See how outreach works.
- Pricing: SalesOne does not publish prices. Each plan is priced on a call, with a written price within two business days, and S1 agents can research 25 accounts in your market for free first. See pricing.
How do you choose an AiSDR alternative?
- Decide who approves each message: every message, samples only, or autonomous. Rule out tools that cannot do what you need.
- Decide the unit you want to pay for: people prospected, credits, seats or qualified accounts. Convert each quote to a cost per qualified account. See AI SDR pricing.
- Check account fit before message quality. Ask each vendor for three real accounts from your market, researched, with sources and dates.
- Test on accounts you already know well. If the research is wrong on those, it will be wrong on the ones you do not know.
