Why SalesOne exists.
SalesOne is an account-first sales system for B2B teams: S1 deep research agents do the homework, and your team builds the relationship. The agents find the companies worth selling to, research and qualify each one from dated, sourced signals, and plan the outreach a person on your team approves, so every first conversation starts with a point of view.
What is SalesOne building?
An account-first sales system: one place where every company your team might sell to is found, researched, qualified and planned before anyone reaches out, so the people on your team spend their time on conversations instead of homework.
Most sales tools start from a list of contacts and count sends. SalesOne starts from your own company and treats each account as the unit of work: why it fits, what changed, who decides and what to say first. S1 agents do that work for every account, with the source and date of each fact, so the hundredth account gets the same care as the first.
The aim is volume without losing thoughtfulness: more of the right conversations, each one prepared, and a system that builds on every run as your team rates accounts and records why it rejects them.
Accounts first
The unit of work is a researched company, not a row in a contact list. People are chosen inside accounts that already qualify.
Agents do the homework
Finding, researching and qualifying companies, mapping who decides, planning each account and drafting each message, with a source for every fact.
People build the relationship
A person approves every message, makes the calls and answers the replies. Judgment and relationships stay with people.
The loop
Each step of the loop has its own page. S1 agents do the homework in the agent steps; your team builds the relationship in Engage and Close.

A letter from the founder
Plenty of companies have a good product and too few of the right conversations. The tools sold to fix that count records, sends and seats. None of them answer for whether the right company heard from the right person, for the right reason, at the right moment.
We started SalesOne to do the work that decides that: the homework. Which companies changed in a way that matters, who inside them decides, and what evidence says now is the time. Agents can now do that work for every account, with sources attached, so a team can work more accounts without getting careless.
What agents should not do is speak for you. So a person approves every message, and the rules for who may contact whom are part of the product, not a policy document. The agents do the homework. People build the relationship.
We would rather show you the 356 companies we turned down, and why, than promise you thousands of emails.1
1. SalesOne production research runs, October 2026: four runs. Client names withheld. 802 of 1,051 researched companies were rejected, each with its reason.

What we believe
Research before reach.
An account without a reason to reach out is not a prospect yet. By default, an account is accepted only with a dated signal and a source, and exceptions are flagged.
Show the rejects.
Most of the work is saying no. A reject without a reason is a guess, so every one is recorded with the rule it failed.
A person approves every message.
Agents are good at homework and poor at judgment. Approval is the default, not a setting.
Thoughtful at volume.
The hundredth account deserves the same homework as the first. Agents make that affordable. People make it personal.
Rules are code.
Calling hours, opt-outs and executive touch budgets are enforced by the product, not left to a policy document.
The customer owns everything.
Domains, mailboxes and data stay with the customer. We earn the next year; we do not lock it in.

Not a typical one.
