From your company to the right conversations.

SalesOne is an account-first sales system. S1 deep research agents take every account through eight steps: they read your company, find the companies with a problem you solve, research what changed, map who owns it and plan the first conversation. Your team approves every message and walks in with a point of view, not a pitch.

How does SalesOne work, step by step?

S1 agents do the homework. Your team builds the relationship.

  1. 01Profile

Start from the problems you solve.

S1 agents read your website, case studies and won deals to write down the problems you solve and the proof behind each one. Your team confirms every claim before anything uses it.

    Read about the company profile

  2. 02Target

Find the companies likely to have that problem.

The profile becomes your ideal customer profile, written as rules: who tends to have the problem, the signals that show it, and who to leave out. The market is checked against it, and most of it falls away.

Read about the ideal customer profile

  3. 03Research

Find what changed, and the problem it creates.

S1 deep research agents start from events such as a new executive, a new site or a job post naming a project, then read the sources and check each fact at its source. Every fact keeps its source and date, every reject keeps the rule it failed, and a second pass re-checks every buying signal.

    Read about account research

  4. 04Score

Know who owns the problem, and how good the fit is.

S1 agents map six buying-committee roles at each accepted account and score it out of 100: fit up to 45, timing up to 40 and reach up to 15.

    Read about buying committee mapping

  5. 05Sequence

A point of view, planned before anyone is contacted.

Each account plan says why now, the problem worth raising, who to approach first and which of your proof points solves it, every line sourced. Then it becomes a week of steps within your limits.

    Read about sequences

  6. 06Engage

Lead the first conversation with their problem.

A person approves every message before it goes, and outreach rules and compliance checks run before every step. A reply pauses the account, and a person answers it: someone on your team, or a SalesOne SDR whose reply your team approves.

    Read about outreach and approvals

  7. 07Close

Walk into the meeting with the brief.

When a buyer says yes, the meeting goes on your calendar with the account brief, the committee map and every touch so far attached. Sent email is copied to your CRM by BCC. Your team runs the meeting and closes.

  8. 08Refine

Each run starts closer to the accounts you want.

Your fit ratings, with their reasons, go into the next research brief, and patterns in the reject reasons become suggested profile changes that a person confirms. Replies and call outcomes are captured in SalesOne alongside them.

Your team runs it. Add an SDR seat when you are short of time.

SalesOne is software your own team runs, from the profile to the meeting. When the week has more calls and follow-ups than people, a SalesOne SDR can work inside your workspace on the same queue, under your approvals and outreach rules. Nothing in the software depends on it.

How a SalesOne SDR works

Why start from the customer’s problem?

Most purchases begin with a change inside the buyer’s company, not with a seller’s message. A new leader, a new site or a project that has to land creates a problem, and someone has to own it.

So SalesOne starts there. For every account, S1 agents look for what changed, the problem it creates, who owns it and which of your proof points solves it. An account without a dated reason is rejected, and the reason is recorded. Your team walks into the first conversation with a point of view on the buyer’s problem, not a pitch for your product.

Is SalesOne an AI SDR?

Not a typical one. A typical AI SDR finds people and writes to them. SalesOne does the research an SDR spends most of the week on, but it starts from the customer’s problem, and it stops where judgment and relationships begin.

S1 agents find the companies that match your ideal customer profile, research each one from dated, sourced signals, map the buying committee, score fit, timing and reach, write the account plan and draft each message. A person on your team approves every message before it goes, leads every conversation and answers every reply.

The agents do the homework. Your team builds the relationship. Every run starts from what the last one learned: the companies already covered, every reject and its reason, and your team’s ratings, which go into the next research brief.

What does SalesOne not do?

  • No sending on its own

Every message waits for a person's approval, and any edit after approval needs a new one.

  • No AI replies

A reply pauses the account. A person reads and answers it.

  • No contacts nobody chose

Contact details are found only for the people your team picks.

  • No bulk lists

SalesOne qualifies accounts with the evidence attached. It does not sell contact records.

  • No native CRM sync

Every sent email is logged to your CRM by BCC. There is no two-way sync today.

  • No research outside the US

SalesOne researches and qualifies businesses in the United States only.

What has the research shown so far?

  • 31

searches and about 7 pages read, on average, for each account S1 agents keep.1

  • 802

rejected companies, every one with its reason; 88% cite dated evidence.1

  • 58 of 61

accounts usable in a blind test on one client’s profile, against 27 of 39 from a leading AI research API.2

  1. 1. SalesOne production research runs, October 2026: four runs, 1,051 companies decided, 249 kept; review-pass figures come from the three runs that had one (147 accounts). Client names withheld; method on the S1 agents method page.
  2. 2. Blind test on one client’s profile, October 2026: 61 accounts from S1 agents against 39 from a leading AI research API, checked against their sources by AI reviewers who did not know which side produced each. The API’s buying signals were more often valid (96% against 75%), and a second test on our own profile tied on usability. The AI checkers came from the same model family as S1’s agents. S1 had about an hour and 15 agents; the API ran at its default effort, about $1 a run.

Questions buyers ask

What is an AI sales agent?

An AI sales agent is software that does sales development work: finding prospects, researching them and writing outreach. In SalesOne, S1 agents do that work for every account, starting from the customer’s problem, and a person on your team approves every message and leads every conversation.

Can an AI sales agent replace my SDRs?

Not the relationship part. S1 agents take on the research, qualification, planning and drafting an SDR spends most of the week on. A person still approves every message, leads the conversations and answers the replies, so your team spends its time on customers’ problems instead of homework.

How is SalesOne different from a sales engagement platform?

A sales engagement platform sends the sequences you load into it. SalesOne works out which companies have a problem you solve first: it researches what changed, maps who owns the problem and writes the plan, and then a person approves each step.

Do I need clean CRM data before I start?

No. SalesOne starts from your own material, such as your website, case studies and won deals, and researches the market from public sources. Your CRM is used to leave out existing customers and accounts your team already owns.

What are S1 agents?

S1 agents are SalesOne’s deep research agents. They work every account in your market the way a senior researcher would: search widely, read the sources, check each fact at its source with its date, judge fit against your profile, give a reason for every reject, find the people who own the problem and write a point of view. A second pass reviews the work, and other S1 agents plan and draft the outreach. They run on frontier models, chosen by blind test, with SalesOne’s own orchestration and rules the agents cannot skip. People on your team make the decisions.

Which markets does SalesOne cover?

SalesOne researches and qualifies businesses in the United States only. It does not offer international or GDPR coverage today.
