Pay for the companies with a problem you solve.

SalesOne is priced on qualified accounts: the companies in your market with a problem you solve. You pay for qualified accounts, each delivered with its deep research by S1 agents. Companies turned down are researched too, explained, and never charged. Unlike most sales-tool pricing, there are no seats or credits to count.

Book a call

How is the price set?

By the qualified accounts you need each month. An account counts only when it passes all three tests.

  1. It fits your ideal customer profile.

It passes every company rule and exclusion in your profile.

  2. Something changed, and it is recent.

At least one buying signal, with a source and a date, still inside its time window.

  3. You know who owns the problem.

The people in the buying committee roles are found and sourced.

Sample, details changed: one research run. Accepted accounts count toward a plan; companies turned down are never charged and keep their reason. The counts are illustrative, not a plan size.

What you pay for

You pay for qualified accounts, each delivered with its deep research. Companies turned down are researched too, explained, and never charged.

  • Deep research on each account

S1 deep research agents run about 31 searches and read about 7 pages for each account they keep, check each buying signal at its source with its date, and find the buying committee.

  • Rejects explained, never charged

About three of every four companies checked are turned down. Each is researched too, keeps the rule it failed and the evidence, and none counts toward your plan.

  • Not database rows

A database sells the same records to every customer, by the row or the credit. A qualified account is researched against your own profile, with the evidence to act on.

Why pay more than a database charges per row?

For each account S1 keeps, it checks about four. A per-row tool charges for all four and leaves the judging to you. Here the three turned down cost nothing and keep their reason.

Keep your database for contact details; SalesOne decides which accounts deserve them.

How S1 deep research works

SalesOne production research runs, October 2026: four runs, 1,051 companies decided, 249 kept; review-pass figures come from the three runs that had one (147 accounts). Client names withheld; method on the S1 agents method page. How we measure S1 research

Add-on: SDR seat

Optional

When your team is short of time, add an SDR seat to a plan. A SalesOne SDR, an outsourced SDR, works inside your workspace on the queue S1 agents build, taking calls and follow-ups under your approvals and outreach rules, including the roles you reserve for your team.

With an SDR seat, approvals stay with your team: the SDR’s sequence emails wait for a person on your team, and every approval is recorded with who gave it. Nothing in the software depends on the seat. It is quoted with your plan on the call.

How a SalesOne SDR works

What sets the quote

  • How many accounts the seat works.
  • Which channels: calls, email follow-ups or both.
  • Which way of working: research checks only, follow-ups, overflow, cover while you hire, a new segment, or alongside your SDRs.

How do other sales tools charge?

Most charge per seat, per contact or lead, per credit or action, or per meeting. Each puts a different risk on you. Seats cost the same whether or not anyone finds a good account. Contacts and credits are hard to forecast, and you pay for research that leads nowhere. Per-meeting pricing moves the argument to what counts as a meeting.

SalesOne charges per qualified account: a company that fits your profile, has a dated buying signal inside its window and has its buying committee mapped. You pay for research that produced something your team can act on; the companies turned down are never charged, and each keeps its reason. To compare quotes from several vendors, work out what each charges for one qualified account, and add your team’s review time.

Questions about pricing

How much does SalesOne cost?

Pricing depends on how many qualified accounts you need each month; on a call we size it to your market. There are no seats or credits to count. You pay for qualified accounts, each delivered with its deep research. Companies turned down are researched too, explained, and never charged.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because the right volume depends on your market: how many companies fit your profile, and how often something changes at them. For the call, S1 agents research a sample of your market, and the plan is sized from what they find.

What counts as a qualified account?

A company that fits your ideal customer profile, has a dated, sourced buying signal inside its time window, and has its buying committee mapped. In short, a company with a problem you solve, and the evidence to show why now.

Do rejected accounts count toward my plan?

No. Companies turned down are researched too but never charged, and each one keeps its reason and evidence, so you can see why it was left out.

Are plans annual?

Yes, plans are annual. Start dates and payment terms are discussed on the call.

What does onboarding include?

Onboarding builds your company profile, your ideal customer profile with target groups and exclusions, your outreach rules and your first research request, with your team. How onboarding is priced is discussed on the call.

Is there an SDR add-on?

Yes, optionally. When your team is short of time, you can add an SDR seat to your plan: a SalesOne SDR, an outsourced SDR, works inside your workspace on calls and follow-ups, alone or alongside your own SDRs, under your approvals and outreach rules. With an SDR seat, approvals stay with your team: the SDR’s sequence emails wait for a person on your team, and every approval is recorded with who gave it. No feature depends on the seat. It is quoted with your plan on the call, based on the accounts it works, the channels and the way of working you choose.

What if I need more accounts later?

Your volume can grow with your plan. How and when it changes is agreed on the call.
