How is contact data found?
Research first, then your choice, then the lookup. Never the other way around.
01Map
Who decides comes first.
Contact data is the last step of research, not the first. S1 agents, each matched to one job, qualify the account and map its buying committee first, so nobody at a company that does not qualify is ever looked up.
02Choose
Your team picks who to reach.
The account plan suggests an entry point and a champion. Your team decides who is worth reaching, and only those people are looked up.
03Verify
Verified before it is used.
Each email address and phone number is marked Verified, Catch-all or Not found, with its source and date. Addresses that fail verification never enter a draft, and a person approves every message before it goes.
Why find contact details only after the research?
With so many people in a typical buying decision, a list of every contact at a company is mostly noise. What matters is reaching the person who owns the problem, and the one or two people around them.
So contact details come last. Research shows what changed and who owns it, your team picks who to reach, and only those people are looked up. Every email and call goes to someone with a reason to listen, and no one else is looked up or paid for.
What comes with each contact?
You choose first
Nothing is looked up until someone on your team picks the person.
20+ data providers
Each lookup checks several sources for a work email and a direct dial.
A state, a source and a date
Every detail is marked Verified, Catch-all or Not found, with where it came from and when it was checked.
Never paid twice
A contact already found for your workspace is reused, not bought again.
Verified before it is used
Addresses that fail verification never enter a draft or a sequence.
Yours to keep
Contacts found for your workspace stay with you if you stop using SalesOne.
Who does what?

Questions buyers ask
Where does SalesOne's contact data come from?
SalesOne finds verified work emails and direct dials from 20+ data providers, looked up one person at a time for the people your team chooses.
What is the difference between contact data and account research?
Account research decides which companies are worth selling to and why now. Contact data is how to reach a person there. SalesOne does the research first and looks up contact details last, only for the people your team picks.
Do I pay for contacts I don't use?
No. SalesOne looks up contact details only for people your team picks, and a contact already found is never charged twice.
Can I buy a contact list from SalesOne?
No. SalesOne does not sell lists. It qualifies accounts first, maps the buying committee, and only then finds contact details for the people you choose.
What happens to an email that fails verification?
It is blocked. An address that fails verification never enters a draft or a sequence.
Who owns the contact data?
You do. Contacts found for your workspace stay with you if you stop using SalesOne.
