Walk into every meeting with a point of view.

When a buyer says yes, the meeting is booked on your team’s calendar with the account brief attached: what changed, the problem it creates, who owns it and every email and call so far. Your team walks in with a point of view on the buyer’s problem. People close the deal.

What happens when a buyer says yes?

The account pauses for a person, the meeting is booked, and the preparation goes with it.

  1. 01Reply

A yes pauses the account for a person.

When a buyer replies, the remaining steps for that account stop. A person on your team reads the reply, answers it and agrees a time. SalesOne never writes a reply to a buyer with AI.

  2. 02Prepare

The brief goes into the meeting.

The booked meeting carries the account brief: what changed and the problem it creates, with dated sources, the fit, timing and reach score, and the buying committee with who fills each role. Every email, call and reply so far sits on the same account.

  3. 03Win and rate

Your team closes. Its rating shapes the next run.

People run the meeting and close the deal. Afterward, your team can rate the account as a good fit or not, and that rating shapes the next research run.

What does your team walk into the meeting with?

The person who takes a first meeting often did not do the research. Without it, the meeting opens with catching up, and the buyer explains their own problem again.

With SalesOne the brief is already written: what changed at the company, the problem it creates, who owns it, which proof point was used and everything said so far. Your team opens with the buyer’s problem and a view on how to solve it, and spends the meeting on the decision.

What comes with every booked meeting?

  • Account brief

What changed and the problem it creates, with the dated signal and its source, and the account’s score out of 100 for fit, timing and reach.

  • Buying committee map

Six roles, from decision maker to introducer, with who fills each one and where they were found.

  • Conversation history

Every email, call outcome and reply captured in SalesOne, in order, so whoever takes the meeting knows what was said.

  • Your calendar

The meeting is booked on your team’s connected calendar, for the person who will take it.

  • Your CRM

The account’s history stays in SalesOne, and sent email is copied to your CRM by BCC, so the emails behind the meeting reach the system your team already reports from.

  • Pipeline stage

The account moves to Meeting booked, and every other account shows where it stands: Plan ready, Working, Connected or Meeting booked.

How does meeting booking work for sales teams?

Most meeting booking tools solve the scheduling: a link, a time, an invite. The harder part is what happens next. The person who takes the meeting often did not do the research, did not see the earlier emails and has ten minutes to work out why this company said yes.

In SalesOne, the meeting is the end of a trail that is already written down. When a buyer agrees to talk, the meeting goes on your team’s connected calendar and the account moves to Meeting booked. Sent email is copied to your CRM by BCC. The account brief, the buying committee map and the full conversation history are attached to the same account. Whoever walks in knows why now, who else is involved, what was promised and which proof point was used, so the first minutes go on the buyer’s problem instead of catching up.

Who does what?

S1 agents do the homework. Your team builds the relationship.

  • S1 agents

Keep the brief, the committee map and the account history current, and attach them to the meeting.

  • A person on your team

Answers the reply, takes the meeting and closes the deal.

  • Never

Writes a reply to a buyer with AI, or runs a meeting in place of your team.

Calls and follow-ups can go to your SDRs or to a SalesOne SDR, under the same approvals. How a SalesOne SDR works

Highly specialized voice agents assist the SDR with callbacks, and with scheduling when someone is not available.

Questions buyers ask

Does SalesOne close deals?

No. People close deals. SalesOne finds and qualifies the accounts, prepares each one and gets the meeting on your calendar, so your team can close.

Where does the meeting get booked?

On your team’s connected calendar, for the person who will take the meeting, with the brief attached. The account’s history stays in SalesOne, and sent email is copied to your CRM by BCC.

What is in the account brief?

What changed at the company and the problem it creates, with the dated signal and its source, the account’s score for fit, timing and reach, the buying committee map and the plan that started the conversation.

Who answers when a buyer replies?

A person on your team. A reply pauses the remaining steps for that account, and someone reads and answers it. SalesOne never writes a reply to a buyer with AI.

Are call outcomes and replies saved?

Yes. Replies and call outcomes are captured in SalesOne on the account’s history, so the person who takes the meeting can see every touch before it.
