Compliance enforced before anything is sent.
SalesOne checks US outreach rules before every message and every call. A person approves every message, your outreach rules decide who may contact whom, numbers are checked against Do Not Call data, calls stay inside set calling hours, every email meets CAN-SPAM, and executives get a strict touch budget. S1 agents run the checks; people decide.
Who does what, and what never happens.
S1 agents do the homework and run the checks. A person makes every decision. Some things the product does not do at all.

What does SalesOne check before a message goes out?
Every rule below runs before every step, for your team and for anyone working on your behalf. A step that fails a check does not go out.
A person approves every message.
Every email is approved by a person before it is sent, and any edit after approval needs a new approval. Nothing is sent only because a step was scheduled.
Outreach rules.
Your team sets who may contact whom, by level, department and buying committee role. The same check runs before every message and every call, for everyone working in your workspace.
Do Not Call checks.
Numbers are checked against registry data less than 31 days old that covers the number’s area code. A number that is not covered is blocked unless someone confirms it is a business line.
Calling hours.
Calls run on business days between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the prospect’s time zone. Stricter state rules, such as call limits in 24 hours or no Sunday calls, apply on top.
CAN-SPAM.
Every email carries your company name, a postal address and an unsubscribe link, with a one-click unsubscribe header. Sending stays blocked until the address is set.
Executive touch budgets.
C-suite, owners and presidents get at most two touches in 12 months, and at most two executives per account are contacted in 30 days.
Global opt-outs.
An opt-out marks the person do-not-contact across every mailbox, sequence and team member.
Replies stop the sequence.
Before each send, SalesOne checks for any reply or call outcome from the account since the last step.
Recording notice and live voicemail.
A spoken notice plays before recorded calls, and voicemails are left live by a person.
SalesOne product specification, October 2026.
Who can approve a message?
Only a person on your team. Approval is the default, not a setting, and it cannot be handed to SalesOne.
Every message.
A person approves every email before it is sent.
Re-approval after edits.
Any change after approval needs a new approval.
Two keys for a principal.
For a principal’s mailbox, a delegate reviews and the principal signs.
Approvals stay with your team.
SalesOne staff can work in your workspace under your rules. Approvals stay with your team, each recorded with who gave it.
Your data stays yours
You own it.
Domains, mailboxes, researched accounts and contacts stay with you if you leave.
Separated by client.
Each client’s data is kept apart, and research never targets another SalesOne client.
Contacts only on request.
Contact details are looked up only for the people your team chooses.
Short-lived action links.
One-tap links in alerts work once, expire after 72 hours and need a signed-in user.

Cold calling hours by state: what time can you legally call?
What time can you legally cold call? The federal 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. rule, 18 states with stricter hours, day bans or call limits, and how each treats B2B.
Questions buyers ask
Does SalesOne send anything without human approval?
No. A person approves every email before it is sent, any edit needs a new approval, and approvals stay with your team, each recorded with who gave it.
How does SalesOne handle the Do Not Call Registry?
SalesOne checks every number against Do Not Call registry data less than 31 days old covering that area code, and blocks any number that is not covered unless someone confirms it is a business line.
What calling hours does SalesOne enforce?
SalesOne allows calls on business days between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the prospect’s local time zone, and applies stricter state rules on top.

Your team does, through outreach rules: who may contact whom, by level, department and buying committee role. SalesOne runs the same check before every message and every call.
Is SalesOne GDPR compliant?
SalesOne does not offer GDPR coverage. It is built for outreach to US businesses only, and companies headquartered elsewhere are flagged for a person to decide.
