Seamless.AI alternatives in 2026: published prices, reviews and research
Updated By the SalesOne research team9 min read
The short answer
The right Seamless.AI alternative depends on why you are leaving. Seamless.AI sells by quote after a free start of 50 credits, and its Trustpilot customers most often raise renewals and cancellation. Apollo, Lusha, UpLead and Hunter.io publish their prices. To decide which US accounts deserve contact data at all, look at a research-first tool such as SalesOne.

What do Seamless.AI reviews and complaints say?
As of October 2026, Seamless.AI holds 1.2 out of 5 from 311 reviews on Trustpilot (checked October 18, 2026). The overall score also counts reviews from people who are not customers, so we read only reviews from customers and users: 20 complaint reviews from May 2024 to October 2026. These are themes reviewers raise, not findings about the product.
- Renewals and cancellation (8 reviews, Trustpilot, October 2025 to October 2026). Reviewers describe annual plans that renewed, notice they missed by days, and cancellation that needed a sales call or a booked meeting. One wrote, “Declining another year of Seamless.AI shouldn’t require an appointment” (October 2026).
- Lead quality (4 reviews, February to October 2026). Reviewers say enriched leads had contact details that did not work, or compared poorly with other tools in their own side-by-side tests.
- Access and bugs (3 reviews, May 2024 and August 2026). Paying users report access problems that were not fixed, and a mostly positive reviewer calls the browser extension “Very useful tool but occasionally buggy.”
- Support (2 reviews, December 2025 and September 2026): slow, email-based replies, and one reviewer who found staff rude.
- Research and results (2 reviews, August and September 2026). One reviewer says the AI found little they could act on; another saw no return on the subscription.
For balance, positive Trustpilot reviews (3 to 5 stars, mostly 2024) say target lists take minutes instead of hours, that uploading an old list refreshes outdated records, and that the sales rep and trial were helpful. Its free start of 50 credits lets you test before any contract.
Why do teams look for a Seamless.AI alternative?
Seamless.AI describes itself as a real-time search engine for contact data, with 1.6B+ verified business emails and 448M+ phone numbers by its own count, plus buyer intent, job changes, CRM enrichment, emailing, calling and AI agents. Its pricing page leads to a demo form; the homepage FAQ says it is free for up to 50 credits and that paid plans come through its sales team.
- No published price. You cannot compare cost per contact without a quote, while Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, Hunter.io and Snov.io list theirs.
- Contract terms you only see at signing. Renewal and notice terms are not on the pricing page, and renewals are the most common customer theme on Trustpilot.
- Credits refunded for invalid emails only. Seamless.AI automatically refunds a credit when an email is invalid; its homepage does not say the same for phone numbers.
- More records was not the problem. Some teams find that a bigger list does not tell them which companies are worth a call this quarter.
Seamless.AI vs ZoomInfo: what is the difference?
Seamless.AI says it searches for contact data in real time when you look someone up, and describes ZoomInfo as a stored database. ZoomInfo sells contact and company data across three plans, Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise, with intent, website visitors and outreach workflows on the higher two. Neither publishes prices. Both offer a free way in: 50 credits at Seamless.AI, and a free trial on each ZoomInfo plan.
| Item | Seamless.AI | ZoomInfo |
|---|---|---|
| How it describes its data | Real-time search, “not a database” | Contact and company profiles in a database |
| Price | Quoted after a demo | Quoted; depends on licenses, credit usage and features |
| Free start | Up to 50 credits | Free trial on each plan |
| Intent | Buyer Intent product | Buyer intent on Copilot Advanced; Streaming Intent add-on |
| Trustpilot (Oct 18, 2026) | 1.2 out of 5, 311 reviews | 1.8 out of 5, 343 reviews |
Ask both for a written quote that shows seats, credits, the renewal date and the notice period, then test the same 50 of your own accounts in each. More ZoomInfo options are in our ZoomInfo alternatives guide.
How did we compare them?
We read each vendor’s own product and pricing pages on October 19, 2026, and recorded its plans, prices, free option and built-in sending. RocketReach shows prices by location, so its US prices come from its own pricing data as archived on September 27, 2026. Review themes come only from firsthand Trustpilot reviews by customers and users. We did not run a hands-on data test of any vendor, and we have not tested Seamless.AI head to head against SalesOne.
1. Apollo: a database and sequences at a published price
Apollo is the closest like-for-like swap: 240M contacts and 30M companies by its count, with sequences, a dialer and waterfall enrichment on paid plans. Unlike Seamless.AI, it shows its prices (published as of October 2026): a free plan with 75 credits per seat a month, then Basic at $49 per seat a month billed annually or $65 month to month, with a 14-day trial on Basic and Professional. A phone number costs 8 credits against 1 for an email, so price your calling first. Best for teams that want data and outreach in one tool at a price they can see before a demo. Read our Apollo alternatives guide if Apollo is also on your shortlist.
2. Lusha: lookups with a free plan and monthly billing
If cancellation is why you are leaving, Lusha’s pricing FAQ is specific: you cancel in Account Settings, and it takes effect at the end of the plan cycle. Lusha sells verified contacts, company data and buying signals through a web app, a Chrome extension and an API, starting free with 40 credits a month; Starter is $37.45 a month billed yearly or $49.90 month to month (published as of October 2026), and a phone number costs 5 credits. Best for small teams that want a free start and short commitments. Our Lusha alternatives page covers its reviews and accuracy claims.
3. UpLead and RocketReach: pay for what you reveal
UpLead suits teams that already own a sequencer, because it has no built-in sending. One credit buys a contact with the email and mobile number both included; Essentials is $74 a month billed annually for 2,040 credits a year, or $99 month to month for 170, and a 7-day trial gives 5 credits. Best for a simple, flat price per contact.
RocketReach refunds a lookup when it finds no verified email or phone. Its US prices were $399 a year for email-only Essentials and $899 for Pro with phone numbers, or $69 and $119 billed monthly, in its own pricing data as archived on September 27, 2026. Annual plans include unlimited lookups under a fair use policy, with capped exports. See our RocketReach alternatives page for its review themes.
4. Hunter.io and Snov.io: email-first, with outreach built in
For teams that mostly email, both publish their prices and include their own outreach. Hunter.io starts at $34 a month billed yearly (published as of October 2026), with 50 free credits a month and unlimited team members on every plan; Snov.io starts at $39 a month for 1,000 credits, with 25% off on annual billing and a built-in CRM. Neither leads with phone numbers, so teams that call should look elsewhere.
5. Waterfall enrichment: several providers in one lookup
A waterfall tool asks several data providers in turn and keeps the first verified result, so you are not tied to one database’s gaps. Apollo lists waterfall enrichment on its paid plans, Lusha lists it as a use case, and workbenches such as Clay let you build your own. Best for teams that care most about fill rate on a list they already have.
6. SalesOne: accounts first, then contacts for the people you pick
SalesOne is an account-first sales system for US businesses. It starts with the question a contact search skips: which companies should you contact at all, and why now? S1 deep research agents check each company against your ideal customer profile and keep only the ones that qualify. In four production runs, S1 checked 1,051 companies and kept 249. Every one of the 802 it turned down keeps the rule it failed and the evidence; our analysis of why accounts get rejected shows that 67.1% had no qualifying dated event inside the window.
- In our tests, about 1 in 4 database-sourced records was a clear misfit; from S1 research, about 1 in 20.
- Every buying trigger comes with its source and the date it happened.
- No seats, credits or per-lookup charges. Contact details come from 20+ data providers, and only for the people your team picks.
- A person approves every message, and every approval is recorded with who gave it. An exclusion list keeps customers and partners out.
- A strategist and an account manager work on every engagement, with an optional SalesOne SDR seat.
Where is SalesOne not a fit?
- You want a large contact database to search and export at volume. SalesOne has none; it finds details only for the people you choose.
- You prospect outside the US. SalesOne researches US businesses only.
- You need buyer intent data, website visitor identification or job-change alerts. SalesOne has none of them and does not monitor accounts.
- You want a free plan or a published price. SalesOne prices each plan on a call.
- You need native two-way CRM sync. SalesOne logs every sent email to your CRM by BCC.
Who is Seamless.AI a good fit for?
Seamless.AI suits teams that want contact search, intent, job changes, emailing and calling from one vendor. Stay with it if:
- Your reps build lists every day and value speed; positive reviewers say lists take minutes instead of hours.
- You refresh old lists by uploading them, a use positive reviewers mention.
- You use several of its products together, so a single-purpose tool would mean buying two or three.
- You have negotiated the renewal date, notice period and cancellation method in writing, and they suit you.
How do you choose a Seamless.AI alternative?
- Write down what you used Seamless.AI for: emails, mobile numbers, enrichment, intent or sending.
- Read the contract terms before the demo ends: term length, renewal date, notice period, how to cancel, and what happens to unused credits.
- Price a full year, counting seats and the credit cost of a phone number.
- Test the same 50 of your own target accounts in two tools, and check emails and numbers by hand.
- Decide who picks the accounts. A database leaves that to your team; a research-first tool does it and shows its reasons.
